Horrible customer service. They ruin my grandson's brand new header and exhaust system and never contact him to say they're sorry or to follow up to see if he's satisfied with repairs that THEY contracted for and the shop THEY told him to use. Those repairs were not satisfactory. But wow, for causing a lot of damage and 15 days without a vehicle they did give him a $25 gift card to bww.

Horrible store manager. We've been loyal customers to Discount Tire in Battle Creek's Harper Village for a long time until recently. Employees damaged my sons custom manifold when removing it from the hoist. The manager told my son to take it to a local garage and in doing so more damage occurred. The car has been in the shop for 2 weeks. NOT once has the manager called my son to update him on the status. My son and I have done all the follow up. Ripped my entire exhaust off and cracked my header. All the manager Corey does is try and turn it around on the customer. I have a long video of the damages that occurred under their watch. I didn't know it was my job to measure the height of their lift in their shop for them to make sure it will clear my car that is lowered after expressing my concerns with the sales rep I was talking to. Poor communication, recommend 1/10, returning never.

Keith Craigmyle assistant manager. He is a perfect example of how you need to run a business. His customer service is by far the best there is. Keith raises the bar when it comes to handling issues.
