This was my first time at this location as I'm from the west side now east sider :). The customer service was excellent and I was there in less time than they told me. I always purchase A/T tires and I like the various prices that fit well within my budget. The gentlemen were very nice. Thanks again
I'm very upset. I got here about noon to get a new set of new tires. They told me it would take about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. After sitting in their waiting room for over 2 hours and seeing numerous people come in after me and leave before me I finally inquired about my car. THEY HAVEN'T EVEN STARTED ON IT YET!!!!!! It appears that I have been overlooked. Totally unacceptable!!!!!!! I am very very upset. They better make this right.

I have been buying tires at this location for 15 years. The tires they recommended I buy less than 2 years ago are crap. I have now had to have all 4 replaced and they claim that a busted belt on a tire is part of normal wear and tear. I have never known that to be part of normal wear and tear. Whats the point of paying for warranty if it still cost you the price of a brand new tire. When their 65000 mile tires they should last longer 23000. Its a bunch of crap that they didnt cover the tire.
The best people with the best tires! They are always ready to keep me safe and on the road.
Dont go to discount tire no more. Now they wont mount tires unless it fits the car. I took a 22 in there to have a tire put on. Off the car and they wanted to know what car it was going on or they wouldnt do it. Then when i told them what car they said that tire didnt go to that car and wouldn't mount it. We have sent 1000$ of dollars of work there . But its over today. So to anyone needing tires mounted go to tire barn or circle city hubcap.
Excellent place with Customer Satisfaction in mind.
