As per the norm, in the midst of mass pothole madness, got two flats repaired at no cost in relatively short order by a great team of people working their butts off. Never disappointed with a visit to Discount Tire.
I've always experienced great customer service here but was especially impressed recently when I was there with half the city due to flats from all the pot holes! The line was out the door, there was no parking, the phone was ringing off the hook, and people were really grouchy. But every employee I saw kept a smile on their face, listened, acted quickly, and got them set up with a solution. With an appointment and warranty, I got out of there in under an hour at no cost!
We have done business with this location for years. Always very professional and courteous. Had a flat yesterday and didn't get there until 5:00. They close at six and told us there were 10 ahead of us. I assumed they would tell us to come back tomorrow, but they didn't. They worked until well after 6 to get everyone done. Have never had any problems with them!
My husband was in today to get a flat tire replaced. During his wait, another man came in for service. He was told there would be a bit of a wait, and he might want to get something to eat in the meantime. Jokingly, the man responded, “Oh, you have an umbrella?” The employee said, “Actually, I do!” He came back a minute later with an umbrella for the man. I have never been treated like I don't matter like I was today. I called earlier letting them know that I am having a major problem with one of my tires loosing air. I was told to come in around 4 and they will squeeze me in to fix it. When I get there they looked at my tires and said it will take us about 2 hrs to get to you. I then said but you told me that you could squeeze me in quickly so I can get to my 2nd job on time. He then told me I should spend 457 on 4 tires. Great job with my flat. Christopher was amazingly helpful.
Went to have the air checked in the tires. It's nice this is a free service they offer.
They were busy but I managed it get seen and they were very professional.
