They were true to the price they quoted over the phone. They fit my truck in their already booked day. Had my tires delivered to the location, AND finished early! GREAT SERVICE!
Customer service was great they were very cordial and upfront with the work that needed to be done! Highly recommended!
They must have had a pit crew there Saturday morning. Took car in for tire rotations and before the coffee was ready my car was pulling out the bay and I was on my way. Good job!
Took forever. Got a few episodes of Marvel Jessic Jones watched on Netflix while waiting. Can't beat the price. Awesome! Everybody knows what their talking about. But recommend dropping car off and getting a ride to do whatever you want like errands, lunch etc... Because it's gonna be at least 2 to 3 hrs when they say 1.5 hrs.
This place sucks I bought four brand new tires they didn't have the ones I wanted in stock so I had to purchase ones that were more expensive then I come back a few months later because there's a big air bubble knot in my tire and they will not replace it for free I have to pay for it when it should be a free replacement and he refuses to do it just charge me labor and $40 what a fucking joke the guy that waited on me was a total douche bag. Bought 4 new tires for my 13 Durango.. I set an appointment online, picked my tires online went up there for my appointment they of course tried to up sale me to a better tire but that's how the biz of tire sales goes so no problem there but was in and out in about 45 mins. I'll definitely be back in a couple of years to get my new tires.. Thanks for the great service.
Bought several sets of Michelin Tires over the years. You guys blew it this time. Called for tires on my Lincoln Town Car. Got a price. Called Tire Barn and they killed your price by $196.00. I suggest you get your pencil sharper. For $196.00 I will change tire stores everytime. I am not coming back with another stores price. You better have your price right when I call the first time. I have bought at the least 9 sets of Michelin LTX M/S. You blew it this time.
