Their customer service is great. I went in knowing my tires were bad but on a budget was only planning to get 2 tires but after seeing the condition of my tires the manager made me a great deal on a set of 4. His actual comment on the ticket was deal of the day to keep cust safe. Definitely will recommend their service.
Earilier today, I had (what I thought) was a severely flat front tire and was scared to even drive my car after work. I got it into the parking lot of Discount Tire and John went out to check out what was going on. John then took the time to check out the other 3 tires and discovered a nail in a separate tire (go figure). Turns out the front tire was fine and they patched the nail hole, free of charge. They did not install the tires where I wanted them due to some old tire bullshit policy from Discount Tire. Won't buy from them again. I specifically bought this tire for the rear of my SUV. Now I have to pay someone to rotate them.
I have used Discount Tire since I started driving. I can't say enough about this place and their customer service. They are friendly, quick and their pricing is very reasonable. On this visit, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.! Thank guys!

I went in with a nail in my tire. They fixed the tire and also rotated my tires.....all for free!! This location has excellent customer service, nice waiting area and clean restrooms. I'm not ever going anywhere else for tire service and plan to visit this fall to purchase 4 new tires. Thanks for making my day.
I was told by another company that my tire would need to be replaced after a nail was found in the shoulder. I took my car to Discount Tire for an inspection and they patched it for free! My tires are not cheap so this was such a huge relief! Clearly they care more about their customers than the do about money!
