Discount tire in Castleton Indiana saved my life yesterday I was in a big rush getting to an appointment that was over an hour away when I received a flat tire from a big screw left in the road They knew I was in a rush and they hustled really quick and got me back on the road within a half hour and I was able to make my appointment in time Thank you guys for all your hard work I will be recommending you and will use you guys from now on And fixing the tire was totally free that was awesome
I sat there for over an hour for one tire. No one was really ahead of me. Plus the staff was very rude. I will never go there again
No one wants to hear that they need to replace not one but two tires but, the staff couldn't have been any more friendly. I waited and they let me know the time frame my car would be done. They checked in to let me know how it was going. They explained why it was a hazard for me to drive on both tires. In the past I've had them check on my tires. I took my wife's car in to have the guys check about a slow leaking tire. They found a small hole and fix it at NO CHARGE!! Thanks so much fellas for not only making my wife's car safe for her but also making me a customer for life. You sure deserve it!!
Awesome guys work there! Great service!! Balanced and rotated tires....left and warning Light came on about tire pressure....they checked all of them again and reset alarm! Then on my way....
I went to Discount Tire for new tires, like I have for the past ump-teen years. I have never had a bad experience there. The staff has always been professional and courteous, while always staying within my budget at the time. The free rotation is awesome and the road hazard coverage is a nice coverage to add a little peace of mind.
A big thanks to Sean for checking my tire pressure and putting air in my tires this afternoon! I pulled in the bay, he greeted me immediately, and was with me very soon after that. He was also very friendly towards my children and me. I was a bit worried when I saw how low my left front tire was this morning. Usually my dad puts air in my tires (I'm such a girl and am afraid to do it myself!), but he is out of town! Sean also recommended two front tires, so I'll be back to get those. Once again, thanks! :-)
