They took the best care of me! Tire under warranty had a screw in it, pulled in without calling and they got me right in. They let me stay in the car with kids because one was sleeping and the other could watch a movie! AMAZING! Shout out to Christian for that idea!

Kink in ass and takin’ names! Brenden at Discount is the best! I had made an appt. with another tire place that looked like a barn less than a block away and when I got there they fumbled the hole thing! But when I call DT Brenden got me in and out when 2 new tires and the budget I had to work with in 45 mins. Their customers service is over the top! Thanks Brenden and DT!
I love Discount Tire and only buy my tires from them. Great customer service, they really know tires, and they keep your info in a common system that allows you to shop and get service at any Discount Tire store.
I just want to shout out discount tire! They have been amazing they fixed my tire and rim for under $140 which is incredible! Got it done today! My nieces tires were inexpensive when we got her tires too! Last week they fixed my other tire for free, always offer free air and are incredibly honest! They will have all my tire business going forward! Thankful my friend David who referred them!
I always go to the one on East Washington St. in Indianapolis, Indiana. The staff is always so friendly and polite. I have had tires fixed there on numerous occasions and I am always happy with the job they do. I find it so refreshing to find a company like this that will fix and check tires at no cost. I don't have the need for new tires at this time, but if I did they would be the first place I would check into about getting some.
