today I was at the store Discount Tire, and Mr. zach marks, gave me excellent care. different wing attention I got at the store of the 82 st. I had a disappointment in that store I never go there not be recommending congratulations and thank you very much for your help. God bless you.
ROLLED UP AT 4:57PM WHEN THEY CLOSED AT 5PM (Which I Didn't Know) So I ASSUMED I would be turned away after the previous 2 tire places I visited told me it would be 1-2 Hours and "Can u come back tomorrow? ?" Ugh...Greeted By Zach who KINDLY SAID COME ON IN WE WILL FIX IT NO PROBLEM AND DID FIX IT WITHIN 20 MINUTES! Made my Day After A long WORK DAY! :) :) :)
I came in to see if I needed new tires as its been a while since they've been replaced. They gave me the information I sought and advised that one of my tires had 2 nails in it! They fixed it for free! I am very impressed with the promptness and the professionalism demonstrated by the staff. I will definitely buy my next tires from this store.
Nice staff and super efficient service! Didn't have an appointment and they patched my tire and rotated them in an hour.
Tou Cheng and his staff treated me like I owned the place!! Helped me select the right tires at the right price for my needs! So refreshing to see a business that gets what true customer service is all about! I will be back for more services in the future!
It was cool went in for regular rotation was sold three new tires they didn't have mine in stock order them came back the next day!
