Every time I go here I receive friendly no pressure service. Once you purchase tires here they hook you up! Emails about tire rotations that are FREE. Free air pressure checks... I mean seriously! ❤️
I would not recommend Discount Tire for the simple fact for the last two times that I went there first time there was a 6-hour wait to plug a tire and I went to Tire Barn and was done in 15 minutes and the second instance today I went there to plug another tire in mind I have multiple vehicles in a fleet and they could not get the tire off so they told me they could not repair my tire so I drove back to Tire Barn and within 3 minutes of walking in the door they had the tire off and already started the repairs 10 minutes late... read more
After being given the run around by many people, getting tire after tire and they go flat I went to one Discount Tire and they quoted me over $300 and I left and went Discount Tire on 72nd Keystone and the guy took a look and said the tire is bad and said I needed a new wheel and tire. They fixed me up and the cost was under $170 and I was off on my way. I will go back and tell others. Discount Tire rocks!
Excellent service Friendly Knowledgable —-they were slammed but kept everyone happy and moved a lot of us through without us feeling slighted or rushed. I highly recommend
They were very knowledgeable and efficient!! Great job. Needed 4 new tires and they were able to get us in with no problems. Up front on cost and offered an optional replacement plan for only about an additional $50 if anything happened to one. Total wait time was only about an hr and a half.
Amazing customer service and they’re always able to get me in sooner than expected.
