Great customer service. Very helpful and I was able to order exactly what I wanted.
Great place! I stopped in about a tire that needed air every 2 weeks, They found a nail between the tread and patched it for free! They also checked my spare and aired it up since I said I was leaving on a road trip. Clean and comfy facility, pleasant and professional people there.
All of the Indianapolis-area Discount Tire locations are great, but this one stands out above the rest. They do a good job of communicating, and they make me feel assured that they value my business. In short, they don't leave you guessing if you've been treated right. That gives me confidence that I've made a wise purchase. (tires aren't cheap) Discount Tire cannot be beaten. Best products, best service, best advice, and best value. I don't see myself ever buying tires from somebody else.
Fast& friendly service! They patched my tire and had us back on the road quickly.
Most of staff was friendly except for one personnel. They did an outstanding job ordering and putting my tire on. I didn't care overall for the total care because they couldn't get the tire sensor light off. Now I have to take my car to the dealership to get the light off and reset. More of my time used up.
