Garrett was the man who helped me. I was on my own with my toddler and newborn in a carseat. Garrett came to me and helped me where I stood so I didn't have to carry my kids across the room to be helped at the desk. He was very professional and kind. He was understanding of my situation and helped me get the best for my buck. I would highly recommend going to discount tire for your tire needs. And if the manager at this location is reading this review, Garrett needs a raise. His service has made me a lifelong customer.
I love the offers with new purchase of tires. But the waiting time is crazy. I was there 2 plus hours yesterday just to get balanced and rotated. People are very friendly. Need to work on wait time or be up front with customers in a realistic wait time
I dropped my car off at the Smyrna location this past Friday to get work done and the guys were great! However I need to get my car back today 11/13/2016 if someone could please call me back or direct message me, my number is 3046290192. My work has already been paid for. Please call ASAP I drive a 2013 black Ford Fusion. I need my car so that I can drive back up to Knoxville TN for work tomorrow.
