This store is incredible. I had a completely flat tire this evening and was lucky enough to pull my car into the Discount Tire lot about 615pm. The garage was still open, my only request was to leave the car there overnight and Uber home, get it fixed in the morning. They went over and above instead! Took my name, looked it up in the system and were able to complete replace the tire, depose of the damaged one and have me on my way in 15 minutes. The store was supposed to be closed at 6pm. I love this location. Always in and out. The employees are so nice and very knowledgeable! Not to mention, I just paid only $9 to have a new tire put on due to pot holes, so if you don’t have the tire warranty, better get one ! It’s worth it!
OUTSTANDING customer service!
I received phenomenal customer service from the manager of this location, Gus. He found me a great deal and was genuinely concerned with my safety before walking out of the door. I was greeted very quickly upon my entrance, and I will gladly come back when I need tires again.
Set appointment for 12:30--was there early--4 people walked in behind me--2 got asked if they needed help while I stood right in front of the counter --waiting--manager asked who was next but looking not at me--spoke up and got waited on--talked about all needed--when done--got wrong tire returned to me--even after asking if I got the right one back--said yes--but was wrong one--had to return to store for the right one returned--then noticed that the insert wasn't placed back on spare and cover for jack etc was not replaced-... read more

This guys are great! Customer Service at its Best. Make an Appointment after you agree on the price. In and out 1 hr. Try that any where else.
