Best customer service I've experienced in a while! Jacob and everyone there was polite and helpful. I only needed a repair and rotation this time and both were completed quickly and at no charge. I will definitely be a return customer when I need new tires!
Thank Goodness for my road hazard warranty ! Had single flat got it repaired free of charge , too bad it took 2 1 1/2 hrs to get it done but its the same at all your locations maybe this will be something the company needs to address and tie it in with air checks where only single tire repair and purchases can be expedited.....
All I can say is fantastic customer service! I set my appointment up for 3 to have my tires rotated and balanced. I showed up around 2:30 with the hopes they would grab my car a few minutes early. They took my car back at 2:50 and I was back on the road at 3:05.I couldn't believe how prompt they were and how nice everyone was! I usually use the one in Hiram but I will definitely be going back to the one in Acworth.

The Best tire store hands down !!! The customer service is outstanding !!! Try to make a appointment. They are very busy. Even with out a appointment they get you in and out pretty quick. The employees are very knowledgeable and are more than eager to help. I will not go anywhere else. I will recommend them to anyone!!!
