The Best tire store hands down !!! The customer service is outstanding !!! Try to make a appointment. They are very busy. Even with out a appointment they get you in and out pretty quick. The employees are very knowledgeable and are more than eager to help. I will not go anywhere else. I will recommend them to anyone!!!
Gus, Nathan & crew went above & beyond to help me with my tire needs.
Worst service ever. $900 in tires and it took a total of 20 minutes to install. So tell me why I was there from 11:45 to almost 3 pm. I'll go else where next time, I almost walked out this time but it was the only day I had to do this for my son.
Went in for a simple tire plug and was told it would be about 90 minutes. It took a bit longer than that, but not one employed person in building was standing around, sitting, smoking and joking. Everyone, including the manager, was busting tail working for every customer there. Lee, one of their techs, was very professional being courteous, informative and helpful to everyone he encountered. I had a flat tire and one of my friends recommended that I get it fixed at this store. I made an appointment on their website and was in and out in less than an hour on a busy day. The whole crew was great, especially Gus and Jacob. Definitely going back in the future for any tire maintenance.
i love discount tires this is the only place i go for tires. i have been go there for years. however i went to replace my two tires they let me wiat like an hour when my car already done. noone call me when my car done . even the one who serve me saw me sit outside but he still do nothing. i have a lot of work to do but they just wasting my time. not gonna come back there again.
