Awesome service, very quick, and I like that you can sit and watch them work on your car. I came in planning on getting 2 tires but they made me a deal I couldn't refuse. Gave me a great discount.. 4 brand new certified tires. If anything happens to them I can have my tires replaced for free. Very satisfied customer.
All the employees there are great and very friendly. Replaced 3 sets of tires on three vehicles this year and haven't had an issue ever. Free tire rotation. I go to discount with all my tire needs. They're typically busy all day so best to set up an appointment and leave your vehicle with them.
They always do a great job. My first experience with Discount was about 20 years ago when they fixed a leak for free, and as a college student with no money, that was amazing. Since then, I've bought countless sets of tires for myself, my wife, my kids, and they do a great job every time.
We made an appointment a week ago and still had to wait over an hour to get service on our car. and than they sprayed black mud all over my car ?? not sure how that happen??
I came in today because my tire deflated on me. They were packed, but got to every customer as quickly as they could. Every single customer was greeted warmly, and the associates took just as much time as was needed. My associate walked out to my car with me to look at my tire, informed me they could definitely patch it (explained it was just a puncture), and could do it for free. Prices simply can NOT be beat AnYwHeRe else! Fast, friendly, professional service all day EVERY day! The waiting room is more like a lounge replete with complimentary coffee, bottled water, magazines, and some furniture that your butt won't mind getting to know for a little while! The bar/counter area has a panoramic lookout into the bays where you can watch your vehicle (and others) get worked on by the best in the industry! Enjoy your SHORT visit!!! =) Gunny
