This is the best tire shop in West Michigan! Don't waste time with places that want your money, take it to the place that wants your satisfaction!!!
Extremely friendly and helpful staff, but when you tell me 45 min wait and 20 min for new tire installation, you better be in the ballpark. After twice that amount of time, I'm still waiting and was given a half hearted apology. I see your game you played with me- had you told me a longer wait time, I would have left to check with your competition... Well played? I think not. That's why you get one star. I am not impressed!

service was good at best. However, don't expect Discount Tire to actually follow thru on their rebate programs! What a joke! After contacting dt promotions about a $70 rebate on a set of Michelins promised 4 months ago, my efforts will be better spent with the Better Business Bureau and Michigans Attorney General. All tire dealers are a rip off, I just fell victim to a smooth talker with a Rebate promise! DO NOT BUY ANY TIRES FROM DISCOUNT TIRE!!!!!!!!!!!
I wanted to add to my review and say that I have always received excellent customer service at this location. I have also observed that every single other guest I see while waiting receives great service. The staff are friendly and efficient, even on crazy busy days like today.
As other have said, their customer service is top notch, both during and after the sale. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Bought my last 3 sets of tires here, and will continue to buy from them in the future.
