RecommendedTwo hours after close and these guys opened the garage to fix a flat tire on my van! Definitely recommend this place!
They do not answer their phones. I had questions on what I had ordered. I had to contact regional office to hear back from this store. They didn’t contact me when my tires came in. I ended up just buying the tires and having someone else put them on. Not everyone has time to drive to them and check in at store...this was my first and last time with them. The tires were good though and at a good price, just not worth saving $60.
So far I have been on hold for 1:18.15. They never answer their fricking phone...you just lost a customer for life that you have had for 30 years!! I have listened to the on hold narrator near 150 times with the phone trying to ring through 63 or so times...and still not done...I’m waiting just on principle now!!
RecommendedHolland, Michigan store has amazing customer service. Long lines and phone calls from the season and I didn't feel rushed when it was my turn. They listened to my concerns and I felt heard and not pushed to get to the next person. Great connection with customers! Went in on black Friday for the great deals and was back today for the install after my tires were in stock. Thank you discount tire and the sales associate for your honest help and service!

I live 40 miles away from the store and only had a spare. These folks got me in quick and sold me 3 new tires at s very reasonable price. They were quick and professional. I'd highly recommend Discount Tire!
Care more about customer and their safety then just getting a sale. We have gone here for most of our tires needs for years and again today confirmed why we do. Great customer service!
