Claimed they couldn't change my tires due to swollen lugnuts and that I would need to buy a tool from the Chrysler dealer at my own expense for them to use.

I went in to get two tires repaired on Tuesday. Unfortunately, these tires were not repairable. So, they offered to order me my tires from their Muskegon location. I came back on Wednesday to get these new tires installed. Right before getting my tires installed, I was informed they ordered the wrong size tires for my car, and that my current tires were discontinued. On a family road trip we got two screws in a tire on the hwy, 6hrs into a 10hr trip with two young kids. Called 90 minutes before close and they were able to make an emergency apt and repaired within 40mins and sent us on our way. Everyone interacting with customers was practicing social distancing and wearing masks. Very thankful for their customer service and care.

The service here was outstanding. From the people in the front and on the phone to the service people working on the vehicles. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and professional. My family has been going here for years and will for a long time. They also had the best prices I found between three other tire shops. And it took them 25 minutes to replace all four tires on my vehicle.

The customer service from Khiry Davis and the others here was first class this morning. I recently purchased a vehicle with newer tires that had been purchased at Discount Tire. I was able to have the tires & warranty on them transferred over to me. Over the weekend I picked up a nail in one of the tires and because of the placement, a new tire was required. With the warranty on the tires, the replacement was free and to put the replacement warranty back on the tire in was a cost of $24. So worth it! I highly recommend purch... read more
