Terrible customer service. When you call and check on the repair status of the vehicle that is in their possession, no one answered the phone. Im on my 13th ring cycle, perpetually on hold for 16min and counting without speaking to a human. Our car was supposed to be done today but we have no way of confirming without someone answering the phone. We have been Discount Tire customers for almost 10 years. This holland location has been the worst we've worked with and will be choosing to send our business elsewhere in the futur... read more
Once again I had to reach out to them since getting a new set of tires a year ago. Only place I go. Had to say the customer service is beyond great here. Customer service is important to me, and they always go above and beyond! Thank you guys once again for always being so helpful and for your awesome customer service!!

I realized I had a nail in my tire at 6pm was not what I had planned for fun for the night! After trying two other places, I tried discount. I walked in only to be told they were already closed. The man behind the counter {not sure his name} was like we'll get it fixed. I said you're closed...he said we'll get you fixed! I didn't know if I should cry or hug him! � Thank you for getting me back on the road!
First and foremost I would like to thank everyone there and especially Derrick for all that he was going to do for me on Friday morning. Willing to go way out of his way to help me with a flat tire and I did not have a jack :/ I've been a customer with them for about 2 years. They may take a while to get the job done but it's always done right. I've had to pay them a visit 4 times within the past month or two. I will not take my service anywhere else and strongly recommend. Always give you the lowest rate�
Stopped in there today just before closing hoping they would look at my tire and fix it in the morning. The gentleman couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. They got my tire serviced right away even though they looked quite busy. They repaired my tire, took care of my spare and filled one of my tires with air. Will recommend them to family and friends!
