I don't do reviews at all but this situation needed to be stated. I went to discount tires today. I consulted with a rep named Jahmee. I told him my situation and he thoroughly worked with me on my options. He gave me a great deal for four tires when I only came to replace one and has made me a customer for life at this establishment. They excel at professionalism in their profession. I recommend everybody in Johnson county and the surrounding area to at least consider them as an option when it comes to purchasing tires.
After a very long appointment at UIHC, I realized I had a nail in my tire. Being from East Dubuque, I'm not familiar with the area. Came across Discount Tire! Walked in, helped immediately, Ben checked the tire, went over what they will do, free of charge! The type of plug/patch I need is done at no charge. Great customer service, clean place, and a saving grace so my son and I can get home safe! THANK YOU BEN! With all the great stores and resturants here, I will be back for tires when the need arises!
I somehow got a tie-down strap (hook) caught in my tire and had to have it repaired. The guys in Coralville, Iowa, took such good care of me. I'm so glad I purchased the certificates and paid a little extra. Well worth it!
I called there asking about prices because I was told I needed to replace one if not all my tires. They told me to come on down if I could so they could help me and take a look. They reassured me I would not leave there with an unsafe tire on. I was originally told by another company they could not patch my tire... I was already flustered because I didn't think I would be spending $400-600 today for new tires. They ended up being able to patch it with no charge!! Came in this morning to see about my tires leaking and what needed to be fixed. Every employee I talked with demonstrated outstanding customer service and made this an enjoyable experience for me. I will be returning for my future tire needs!
