so disappointed in this place. I just came here before work to get my tires checked as my low tire light came on. Waited more than 30 min only to have him close the door when the car in the bay before me backed out. I get it's a free service but that's why we have been buying tire here. As a person with a disability that "free service" was important. Smh
Ive been waiting for an hour and a half just to find out why my brand new tires continue to lose air.
They fixed my tire for FREE, which had a nail in it when I was passing through on my way to Chicago. Took just over an hour without an apt. 👍

First of all, I have NEVER had a bad experience at this place! Everyone is always so kind and helpful! But this evening the manager Thomas Griffin went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me! I called frantic and frustrated at 5:30pm (they close at 6pm) because I had an unexpected flat tire! Not only was he kind and patient with my frustrations but he offered to stay late until I arrived to the store knowing that I was waiting for roadside assistance to tow me there! I had a hectic morning with previous tire places and as soon as I walked in here my sales guy could tell I was ready for some better news! The man I had I think his name was Pat was very great at his job, very helpful with all my questions and I loved that fact that he showed me everything he was doing and getting my thoughts on everything.
