Walked in after being ignored as a customer at theTires Plus counter. Unbelievable customer service. "Can u help me today?" In and out!!!! Coming back for 2 new tires. Thank u so much! Hawks game on in waiting room! Very busy, but i was not affected at all!! Made my day!!

I had been to Discount Tire about a year ago when I had a screw in one of my tires. They fixed it for free! While there I bought a warranty on all four tires since they were really new for about twenty dollars a tire. It seemed like a good deal at the time and there are Discount Tires stores close to most of the places I travel. Friday my husband noticed a small bulge on one tire so I took it to Discount Tires in Coralville. They replaced it free including mounting and balancing and all. I came in with a flat tire on Friday and unexpectedly ended up with 4 brand new tires. The Customer Service was EXCELLENT, I was treated with respect and felt at ease as soon as I walked in the door. Every person that I encountered in that place was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Discount Tire in Coralville IA and would not hesitate to send any of my friends/family there. I came in yesterday thinking that my lug nuts were not on tight enough. Tim came out and discovered the actual problem and gave me a few solutions. Since I was unable fix the problem that day, he gave me a loaner tire to get myself and my young children home safely without charging me. I'm so thankful to have had him help us yesterday! Thank you!
