The Coralville store is amazing! Everyone I’ve met there greets you with a helpful greeting and genuinely wants to get you in and out and back to your life without feeling rushed. You feel like a friend of everyone that works there. That’s pretty crazy, considering. I ordered my tires and needed them on at two separate times, due to our situation, because of an accident. I have been going to discount for years. Even refer them to everyone I know but today I got 2 new tires and even said I needed a rotation. And they know new tires always go on the back. Unfortunately they didn't put my new tires on the back but the front. I didn't have time to go back and not sure when I can come back to get them rotated. I'm a little disappointed 😔

The customer service here is unmatched. Add to the great service that they also have the best prices. This is a picture of both a service tech and a salesman putting on a new set of tires for me, after closing time (I got in before close but they’re still working on it after closing time). They fixed my flat and replaced my tire pressure sensor and put my spare back under the car for me all for free!! 💕🙏 so so grateful!!
Just wanted to say to Pat at Coralville store... Thank you so much for your kindness and helpfulness yesterday. Saturday afternoon as I was heading home on 218 it suddenly downpoured and my right tire sensor lit up and I was loosing tire pressure. After many attempts at different tire places to get my tire fixed(which I found out all my tires were illegally bald). Pat went over and beyond to get me back on the road safely.
