They have always given me 1st rate service. Bought full set of tires for my 2006 Ford 500. It is really nice to be able to take your vehicle to a reliable and honest place like " Discount Tires " and know they will do a thorough job, checking everything that will help you keep your vehicle last. I've bought tires here before had excellent service. But today takes the case came in to have tire repaired with screw in it told him I wanted it patched from the inside they said no problem sir I will take care of that right now and done it for free absolutely amazing. My next pair of Michelin's will be from these guys
I stopped in for a tire repair. Ben and Dee took care of me that day. They went above and beyond to do what ever it took to get my car back on the road safely. Check them out for your tire needs. They're great and truly care about the costumers safety.
Nice staff, but little unfair in how they prioritize customers. Told it'd be up to 1.5 hr wait to rotate rebalance tires (bought tires and wheels here btw), and check valve stems (1 was loose and losing air). Approaching 2 hrs, still waiting, yet 2 folks that came in after me, and didn't have appointments either, had their tires rebalance and rotated and back on road less than an hour. I just want to extend a huge thank you to Discount Tire in Smyrna! I won't go into the details, but once again they have helped me and my family stay safe on the road, when they totally could have told me there was nothing they could do.
