RecommendedA screw in my tire caused a flat that I didn’t discover until I went to leave work at 4:30 pm. Other shops were closer but they all closed at 5 pm and weren’t concerned for me at all. These guys were open til 7, took me in as soon as I pulled up and had me on my way home with a new set of tires (they all were ready to be replaced) in 30 minutes! 🚗
Was loading for a trip out of town and realized there was a nail in my tire. Because that’s what you want when you’re minutes away from vacation. I called Discount Tire, spoke with John and drove over immediately. Here’s the thing: they were pretty busy. It took plenty of time, but they also got us in and out in a hurry. The kicker, though, was how excellent the customer service was. Brian kept me informed throughout the wait, so it never felt like I was waiting too long. Highly recommend them.
