World class and legendary customer service. Won't go anywhere else!
I needed a rotate and balance very badly, but couldn't find the time to get in. On my way to work in Nashville, I called 25 minutes before they even opened, and a very kind voice came over the phone telling me they could get it done and have me to work on time. They had my vehicle in the bay for 20 minutes, and I was gone! Thank you so much to Nick, and all of the guys that make the experience a pleasure! I'll definitely remain a long term customer!
The process was really quick only issue tires I ordered didn't come in so I went with another set. The ride is smooth and ready to drive out if this state and great customer service as well.

We have bought tires for three different vehicles from discount tire and they have always been very professional, friendly and courteous. Time spent sometimes can be a little long but most times I have not had to spend much time there at all.
They are the best! Treated me very nicely as they always do. Been going to them since 2009, I think or as long as they have been open.Thank you for treating me like royalty!
