Usually yall are the best, but today ruined it... I bring my car to get a tire changed and was given a 2n 1/2 - 4 hour wait time. Which was fine.. I paid and gave a 2nd phone number to assure i could be reached to retrieve my car... after multiple unanswered calls to discount tire i got a ride up there, only to find out they locked up the building & cars up & left w/o ever CALLING EITHER NUMBER!!!! Having been purchasing tires from Discount Tire since 1980 from New Mexico, to Michigan, Smyrna shop is terrible with customers service. Purchased 4 Kelly Springfield tires, show up to get them installed at 10:30 am. 12:05 pm they moved my vehicle inside, 12:35 pm done. 2 hours to get tires installed, know why Tire Discounters are only block away. Will not be purchasing tire from this store again.
Buy with confidence, if you have a problem Discount Tire will take care of it. Their customer service is "The Best in the Business". Nick the manager , as well as Ben Doster are very profession and accommodating.
Came in today for a warranty repair on a flat. Tire had to be replaced but was still covered under warranty!! Thankful for that!! Ben helped me, he was super friendly and welcoming. Such a nice young man! Kudos to the management for hiring and training such wonderful employees!!
Had a flat and needed a tire rotation. Got there at 8:05 a.m. and was out by 8:30!!!! Tire fixed and tires rotated. Cannot beat it.
The guys at the shop have went over and beyond to help me find a rim and tire for my car after someone come into my driveway and took one of my tires off my car. Thank you guys for the great customer service. You guys are the best.
