RecommendedExcellent customer service. I didn’t have an appointment for a flat tire repair or replacement. I had bought the flat tire 2 years ago and they readily honored the lifetime replacement warranty. Very little “wait time.” Highly recommend.
The little tire light came on during my drive home from Nashville a few weeks ago. I knew the Discount Tire store was close to the 66B exit off of 24. I pulled in and went inside. The wait was very short and all the clerks were friendly. My tire was graciously checked out and air was put in one tire. We found a nail in our tire on our way to a baseball tournament today. We were 3 miles from this location and decided to stop to get the tire fixed. We talked to Victor Mendoza and he explained that the placement of the nail meant we’d have to get a new tire. The whole process of getting a new tire took under an hour. Our van was ready before the promised time and we were able to get back on the road. What could have been a huge delay in our trip ended up being a brief stop. Thank you so much!
Wondeful staff. I was greeted at the door. I had an appointment for 9:00 am and arrived 10 minutes early and was on my way home by 9:05 a.m.
I like that they provide service over the life of the tires you buy from them. Rotations are included and you can set an appointment with them to have it done. The store is always super busy so I find the appointment system to be handy. Good service and good prices. This is my go-to tire place.
