I had five new Cooper tires put on my truck June 17th. Discount tire was having a promo and the tire was at a great price, well below competitor prices. The service took just over an hour, this location is always busy. When I went to admire my new tires after getting my truck home, I noticed three of the tires bulging at the sidewalks.
