Arrived just before 0800. Gentlemen greeted all of the customers and informed all that we had been placed in our appropriate order of arrival. I was on my way within 20 minutes of my single tire purchase. Excellent customer service!!!
I made an appointment for 8am today and got their a few minutes before they opened. While waiting outside you can hear the team chanting and getting riled up to start off the day. I thought this was very encouraging for their manager/team leader to do. When they finished my car, they explained everything that they did and were honest about if I needed new tires.
