Excellent customer service. Went in late in the day but did not take too long considering all 4 tires were done. Reasonable prices.
Got 5 new tires yesterday. Service was great! A big Thank you shout out to Todd and the discount tire team!
Have been a loyal customer for 21 years. Bought 13 tires from them in the last year alone...had to remind them, via their regional VP, that loyalty is a 2-way street and visa their local store manager that customer service involves complete information on which to make a decision. They are not the Discount Tire of old.

After my wife dropped her car off and was told it would take about an hour. An hour and a half later she drove down to see what was taking so long in the shop is closed and her car was locked in for the whole weekend until Monday. She never received an email or phone call or anything. The most unprofessional company I've ever heard of!!!
HUGE Shout out to the guys at Discount Tire. I was advised by my mechanic this morning that I needed to get a new set of tires. I went back to Discount right after my appointment and Todd helped me. I had purchased a set of Pirellis back in Nov. 2011 and they have been just superb and lasted over 43K miles and nearly 5 years. I inquired about a lessor priced tire and he informed me that sticking with a similar model of Pirelli was only a few dollars more.
