They were very busy but got me in and out in in less than an hour.. however I've been a customer for over 20 years, and this trip wasn't the usual over the top customer service.
If you need tires, this is the place. Competitive prices on their tires, free road hazard coverage, inexpensive replacement coverage,10% discount for veterans and first responders, and great customer support.

Very courteous and professional staff. They greet you immediately upon arriving with a "Hello, thanks for coming in, we' ll be right with you" Very fast service.
Without a doubt one of the BEST experiences we have had on our 2016 Texas to MN to OH to PA to NC then home to TX road trip! I can't say enough good things about this company location! While in NE Ohio, we picked up a screw in our tire and had a slow leak. So during our visit with friends in Hilliard, my Mr visited this location to have the tire looked at. You found the problem, patched the tire and then balanced it for us. And did not charge us! What?! I couldn't believe my ears! Y'ALL ARE THE BEST!!!
Here for a tire rotation, it had been two hours and still waiting. Looks like they are busy making sales than taking care of existing customer. Very disappointed.
Top notch workers here! Always take care of customers fast and they are friendly! I've been coming to this location for years! It's the same employees and that says something in itself! Great prices but most important great quality work! Highly recommend!
