Had to get new tires ASAP made an online appointment on Christmas day for 8:00 AM the next morning. Called out for work thinking it would take a long time. WRONG in and out in 22 minutes! Very friendly staff and great service!!! Thanks Kyle!
Late yesterday afternoon while driving my son's van I hit a curb, blowing both passenger side tires. By the time my son and I arrived at Discount Tire it was 6:30, half an hour past closing. The manager was still in the parking lot talking with an employee, and after explaining the situation, he was more than willing to reopen and have the tires replaced. Reggie was beyond helpful!!! I have never had so much fun waiting on a tire rotation. Kudos to Max to....a dually first thing in the morning. Thank you for finding that broken chain link in my tire.
I have gone to Discount Tire a few times now. Such great customer service! Not only do they offer the same kind of service (such as Les Schwab), they also will beat anyone's price! I love the fact that my tires are covered if something were to happen and I know I got the best price! They are also always way faster then the quoted time!
