I just wanted to thank the Richland discount tire store. I recently bought my daughter a car. 2 of the 4 tires were bad. I also had to spend a little for a few things. I purchased 2 tires from somewhere else.in the last year I bought 8 tires from the Richland store. My daughter uses the credit card for gas. One of the original tires had a slow leak. They found a nail, patched it, and didn't charge me. Thank you. I will buy tires there again.
Bought Brand new tires on Tuesday for the motorhome.. One was already flat Sunday morning as we was getting ready to leave for a camping trip.. I called the 800 number yesterday.. All I got was a recording.. Showed up at 8:00 this morning.. They have two guys on the counter. One guy in the office.. And one tech.. One.. Working the floor.

I originally came in for a tire repair. My tires are a little worn. The tire I needed repaired was shot, nail in the sidewall. Reggie Prieto was able to get me into my price range for 4 brand new tires. He didn't have to help me out (price wise) but he did. I appreciate everything he did for me and I will always use this store. I manage a business too and he will get my fleet business too. I will recommend anyone here too. Thanks Reggie! You rock!
After long day at work and a doctor's appointment I had a flat tire on the way home I was able to make it in within 40 minutes or less they had not only replaced the flat tire but also gave me a free used tire to balance out since I could not afford another one thank you so much Discount Tire!!!
