RecommendedI don’t trust anyone else to put tires on my vehicles! Not to mention they rotate & check air pressure FREE!
Their customer service is exceptional! They drove to my work, pulled the flat tire off my car & brought it to their shop. When it couldn't be repaired, they came and installed a brand new tire. More businesses should offer this level of customer care! They've made me a customer for life.
Had an amazing experience at discount tire richland. Was greeted at the door by Sebastian, and my flat was fixed in 20 minutes. Highly recommend the richland location!
The best tire store in the US hands down. I went to get 2 new tires cuz I didn't have enough to get all 4 and they didn't think it was safe for me to be driving around with the 2 old tires so they put all 4 new tires on and I paid for 2 of them and they told me to bring the money for the other 2 when I could. They didn't have me sign anything that I owed them for the other 2 tires. Don't know of any other tire store that would do that.
From the get-go, Discount Tire was no BS about pricing and gave us a quote that was WAY lower than any other place. When we finally decided to use them, drop off and pick up were so simple and fast. Our total even came out cheaper than our quote. They called us 40 MINUTES after we dropped the car off and told us it was done. It was such a painless, affordable experience and I wasn't expecting that for 4 new tires.
Great experience and Kyle was awesome. They’ve got great customer service.
