Walked in to have a flat tire filled back up and a rotation on all 4 tires, not only was it done right away but everyone I spoke with was so polite and helpful! Wonderful staff and quick service, I'll be back for sure!
Best tire shop around. Ive bought atleast 7-8 sets of tires here, always good prices on great tires!!! I recently moved, but i still drive an hour to go to the richland location. There prices beat les schwab big time and ill always get all my tires here. Thanks Discount tire !!!
I walked in this morning to have my tires rotated as they were due. I didn't have an appointment, so the gentleman told me it might take an hour tops to get my tires done as there were a couple cars ahead of me. I was ok with that as I wasn't in a hurry. But I was in and out of there in 15 minutes, no joke! The service is excellent and the gentlemen who work there are very efficient, helpful, and kind. Thank you so much for your wonderful service!! �
Oh my gosh, I got a screw stuck in my back tire and went into Discount Tires on Gage Blvd. the service was amazing. Fast, friendly, and extremely helpful some of the best tire services I've ever had. The most amazing part was it didn't cost me a dime. I am a home health aide whom travels around Tri-Cities six days a week and I was very thankful that the service was at no cost to me, thanks guys!

Showed up early for my appointment to get in to wait, the only waiting was them taking my vehicle right away and me waiting in store without any doughnuts to eat... Excellent service I thought, loved the idea of online appointment setting...that saved a bunch of time
