It’s always a pleasure at Discount Tires. Customer service is exceptional and the waiting area is always neat and clean. My 2009 Tacoma needed new tires, the originals needed replacing, and I knew exactly where I was gonna take it; no other place. I had an appointment and there was no delay nor hassle. Thanks Discount Tires for service well done!
Visiting this Discount Tire location has to be one of the best customer service experiences we've ever had. We were greeted promptly and incredibly politely. Everyone that we encountered went out of their way to be courteous. I highly recommend them.
Got there when they opened and the tires I purchased were not in stock so Mitchell sent one of the guys to get them from another store.. Very professional and my truck was done in less than an hour once they got the tires there.. I got there at 8 a.m. and left for breakfast and returned back by 10 a.m. and my truck was done..
