Crappy crappy customer service Absolutely refused to remount my tire they took off All started with a flat tire... beyond aggravated at the total waste of time and extreme aggravating Plus the additional costs I’m gonna Incur fixing their issues.... My wife used to come here for her tires Not no more Screw them, inconsiderate

RecommendedI received fast service and a good deal. However, I am not happy that the staff were not wearing masks, though they are enforcing social distancing.
I always go to discount because no one takes care of you the way they do. I had a nail in my tire that they not only fixed for free, they also rotated my tires for free. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Discount Tire

Thanks for taking care of my flat tire so quickly. Great customer service and everyone was so friendly even though the place was super busy. And everyone was wearing their masks! .
Have always done a great job for me and now with the changes that have happened, they continue to do a great job. I was not inconvenienced with the new process. The customers were even following the new rules. We were all wearing masks and social distancing.

I had a horrible day, while working my 3rd straight shift, zero sleep, I caught a large screw in my tire, down to 14psi and 2/32 thread, Rich went above and beyond... I still had two more straight shifts to do... He was a blessing honestly and took care of me... I was able to continue into work worry free... Definitely looking forward to coming back
