Called this morning and was told that the tire size that i need was in stock, that they had plenty of them. Showed up with my truck and the sales guy said he couldn't find it. So who ever answer my phone call this morning lied to me. So I asked for another size and the seller said that they had that one but he can't sell it to me because is not my truck factory size. So i had to go get a spare tire, change it in the parking lot, employees walk by me and none of them even ask if I need it some help, not even for curtesy. I ha... read more

I can't say enough about how awesome their customer service is. I highly recommend them to anyone I hear talking about tire issues.

I believe it was Travis who went above and beyond to help me with new tires..... all the staff were very welcoming and and friendly as soon as you walked through the door. I definitely did not feel ignored there. I'll be back for the other two new tires in a couple of weeks. We have to order them because they are not common tire

Hands down the best customer service in the game. They are friendly as hell and know what they are doing. Treated me like i was on of their own family members. If you need those tires fixed then head here cause its the disney of tires and customer service.

I brought my car in for a tire rotation. When the technician came out to tell me it was ready, he also told me that they had found a screw in one of them. They removed it and the tire didn't seem to be losing air, so I drove home. Unfortunately I didn't notice the air pressure indicator was lit. Thirty minutes later, in my driveway, the tire was flat as a pancake. I had the spare put on and returned to the store the following day, without an appointment. Had a screw in one of my tires with service not due for another 600 miles. Came to Discount since I was in the area and didn't want to risk a blowout and they got me in and out in ~20 minutes at no charge. Excellent customer service and I can't recommend them enough!
