I pull up at 5:45pm with a nail in my horse trailer tire. They close at 6pm. Turns out 2 nails in two tires on the same side. Since I purchased road hazard certs with the tires I was only out of pocket $18. One tire was repairable and one had to be replaced. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

They always treat me great.
Made an appointment for 3 pm was told I needed to be there 20 minutes before for check in. Was there 27 minutes before appointment and was not not checked in till 3 minutes before my appointment. Then was told it would be about an hour. Called an hour later and was told my car was not even in the bay and it would be another half hour. Tell me what was the point in the appointment?????
started out to be great, but ended horrible. was somehow pushed to the back of the line and my car was not even started on until 65 minutes AFTER I was told it would be pulled in. spent over 3 hours here to have new tires put on. I could have made other arrangements to leave the car but was promised it would be completed in time.
