i had called them about three weeks ago to come out and service my sewer line because it had backed up. the tech came out and put a snake thru the lines and it appeared that the problem was fixed and the tech stated that i should have no problems. well today my whole downstairs flooded again so i called them and they said there is no guarantee on the work they performed and that they would have to charge again and that a tech would not be available til saturday. their website states "all our products and service is guarantee... read more
