Aaron, from discount plumbers was not only efficient, but friendly. He went above and beyond! He also wore a mask and house booties.
Needed to have the main sewer line cleaned. Called Discount Plumbers., which I found on the Internet. They told me how much it would cost up front. I had called another company before that; they refused to tell me their price. I scheduled an appointment. The technician, Brian, called before coming and arrived when he said he would. He was wearing a face mask and shoe coverings. After going down the basement and asking some questions, he went to his van and brought back the machine used for the cleaning. We called Discount Plumbers got two separate issues while we have all been staying at home. In both cases Guillermo, who helped us, did a fabulous job. He was professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. He even followed up to make sure everything was working well. Even though we had never used this company before, we were so impressed! We will certainly reach out to Discount Plumbers again if we have any plumbing needs.
