Explained the reason for my clogged toilet, how to avoid this problem by using a different toilet paper, and being that my toilet is older, offered to go to Home Depot for me to select a more efficient one on my behalf. Very thorough with customer service!

I had a very clogged kitchen drain in a 70 yr old home. Nick did a great job even though it took more than one try! He also replaced the the trap adapter and stopped the leak.

When I was having an appliance worked on, the tech noticed my floor drain was clogged. I called these guys on a Sat morning on a holiday weekend and they were here 2 hours later. My tech Mark was super nice and patient with me to explain things. He knew what he was doing and got the job done for a very good price. I was so happy since I knew nothing about them before I called. I will refer them to my friends!
