He was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and diagnosed my problem left for necessary part and installed immediately, Just an excellent experience. My 84 year old Mother called Discount Plumbing to fix a toilet that continued to run and to identify the source of a leak from the upstairs toilet. We told them she did not like to be alone when they arrive so needed to know the time they would arrive so one of her daughters could be there. they arrived 20 minutes early. by the time I got there, the plumber had told her she needed to replace the toilet.
