DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Discount Drain Service was dispatched to us through our home warranty company. The tech didn’t know how to complete the job so they sent a second guy to help. Instead of the knowledgeable person taking lead, he tried to talk the other guy through it. After HOURS and multiple failed attempts, they called it good and left. do not use this company. total ripoff. they lie to make money. they told me we had a collasped line under the house and it would start at $20,000. Quincy ruined my floors and tracked toilet water all through my house. had to rip up floors. next day hired another company $75 to fix it. spoke to Donna several times about the floors and the scam of the company she runs and she never followed through with anything. if you have Home Choice Warranty get another one or do t let them come out. Avoid this company at all cost. Choice home warranty sent them to us to have the kit fixed in toilet bowl. First the guy did not fix the problem. Later when i called the company they gave me run around so i called choice home warranty they got in touch with them. Later they scheduled to be at my place today 12/27 gave us a window of 8am-8pm and no one showed up when you call they keep transferring you to answering service and no one seems to be able to get in touch with them. This company can’t return calls After multiple attempts to reach out to them there paid call service keeps answering the phone .but the company never calls back. My home warranty set up an appointment with them with a 6 hour window. The company can’t call back with an updated Time frame . I work for a living don’t have time to wait for a company that has no work ethics. Call somebody else.
RecommendedMy Friday experience with Discount Drain was very frustrating. The plumber did not show up, I called several times, someone finally showed up late Friday night. By then, I had talked to the secretary and she had another guy coming out. His name is Edgar. He was wonderful! He went over and beyond to help us and fixed our problem completely. If you want to use Discount Drain, ask for Edgar! He won't let you down! Thanks, Edgar!
Very disappointed this company quoted $30k for a job that after a second opinion was actually a $350 job. Will not recommend.
Juan did a horrible job everything from the water heater install to filling out the paperwork. Had to call him multiple time to complete the paperwork and send it to the home warranty. One of the hoses connected to the water heater is pinched. If he saw that the hose was too long he should of looped it then connect it but nope he just connected it
