Horrible service at this dealership! I have a VW bug convertible and it has had 2 windows replaced due to part failure and am now on to my third! At $500 a pop I am NOT a satisfied customer. Worst part...there is a Volkswagen service bulletin on this part, which means they know this is a problem and won't fix it! To make matters worse, Marina in the service department told me " Its a Volkswagen issue, not our problem". REALLY?!!!
