I love them! Went to another dealership and am still pissed ALL these months later! Don, Ron, Kevin Hubert, Partner in Service...without Kev, my Friedrich Klink (ja, named for the Colonel) wouldn't GET on the damned road! My Mom switched from Mercedes to VW because of Dirito Brothers (she fell in love with Gerard!)

What a horrible place this is I brought 2 month old VW cc to get the window trim replace under warranty on both sides. When I got my car back I found a few scratches on driver side and passenger side door, on top of that they got oil stains and fingerprint inside the car and on the headliner... and to make it better the interior is white, this whole thing has been going on for 4 months I tried complaining to the manager and service manager and what a joke it was.. I had my 2000 turbo Beetle for 14 years they have service my vehicle for this long and they are professional, honest, courteous and have great competitive prices. When I get my next vehicle it will be from them and I will have it service here!!! The only thing is that they take such a good care of my car now it will be running for many years to come
