Used the Service Xpress yesterday to get an oil change without appointment. Service advisor was friendly, explained to me the recommended services and applied the discount coupon that I gave him. In addition to the oil change a full multipoint inspection was performed. It took about 2 hours but that was probably because I didn't have an appointment but their waiting room is comfortable, plenty of free coffee and hot cocoa and a TV and my day was free so no problem.
