Neil is a one man army. His service offering probably has you wondering "What's the catch?" I wondered that all the way through buying and selling a home with him, and there truly wasn't one. He's great at what he does, provides the same or better service you'd get with an agent and a full brokerage behind them, AND saves you tons of money.
I reached out to Neil with no prior knowledge of him based on my search for a realtor that offered a better fee structure. Neil turned out to not only offer a better price (we saved over $20,000 on our home sale) but he was also responsive, knowledgeable and personable.
