Have the XL650 and reload 5 cal. It makes it easy but springs break, plastic breaks and not reliable but will do the job. The big problem is ordering online is so slow. Any one else I order from it ships with in 2 days... Dillion maybe ships in a week if I am lucky.. Also paying almost $10 for shipping on parts that are mailed. If I didn't need the parts I would not order from them again. Been waiting a week already for broken cheap plastic parts, been a week and as far as I can see not shipped...Not like I ordered a 1050 ju... read more
Rock solid products with rock solid customer service. Ordered replacement parts for a downed press on Monday, received them on Wednesday, and was given extras as spares!
I called customer service and was told that I was 23rd in the queue. Only a few short minutes until I was picked up by Gary and he helped me with both of my requests for service/replacement parts. Friendly, service oriented WAY AFTER the sale (8 years for me) and lightning fast turn around. I couldn't be more pleased with the equipment or the service. Service is excellent! I sent in a die that I had messed up trying to get a shell case out of. My mistake completely. Dillon sent me a brand new die, no questions asked!
